As the year comes to completion, during the darkest and shortest days of the year, I'm bringing you the wisdom of Chinese Medicine in a transformation of what has been and a celebration of what is to come.
As the yang in the yin starts increasing ever so little, the metal element assists us in letting go and transmuting, bringing us the alchemy of the soul.
During these days we will let go of 2024: alchemizing pain, fear, sadness, grief, and darkness into gems of wisdom. Removing debris, leaving us with solid gold.
2024 is the year of The Wood Dragon in Chinese astrology . And even though the Chinese New Year is not until January 29, we can start letting go of what's been and embracing the energy of a fresh new year in our calendar. The wood element is all about growing, boundaries, and the self. It might come with growing pains and discomfort, but always with your highest good in mind. When you have a strong sense of self, relating to others becomes easier.
This program holds soft teachings, meditations, visualisations and journaling. I will guide you through your 2024 to let go of all excess bagage, so you can step into the new year on light feet.
